Training


Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification:

This 15 hour course will take participants through the fundamentals of Lean and Six Sigma. By the end of this course, participants will have an understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, tools and applications.


Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification:

This 32 hour course will take participants through the beginner and intermediate aspects Lean Six Sigma. By the end of this course, participants will be competent practices of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, tools and applications and will have applied them in a variety of projects and case settings.


Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification:

This 50 hour course will take participants through the beginner, intermediate and advanced topics of Lean Six Sigma. By the end of this course, participants will be competent practitioner of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, tools and applications for basic and complex projects, and will be prepared to coach others in their own LSS Projects.


Fundamentals of Quality Management: This 30 hour course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of quality management across many industries. The course is benchmarked off of ASQ's Quality Management Division's body of knowledge and covers topics such as quality planning, control, assurance, supplier relations, customer satisfaction, supply chain management and continuous improvement. By the end of this course, students will have a solid understanding of how to implement effective quality management practices to enhance organizational performance and customer satisfaction.


Workplace Organization and 5S:

This 7 hour course will teach students the fundamentals of workplace organization, 5S and visual management. At the end of this course, students will know the principles and best practices of visual management, workplace organization and 5S as well as tangible ways to implement them in their organizations.


Statistical Process Control:

A concise and focused overview of the principles and practices of statistical process control, designed to be completed in just 7 hours. This course covers key topics such as control charts, process capability analysis, and statistical quality control. By the end of the course, students will have a clear understanding of the fundamental principles of statistical process control and how they can be applied to monitor, analyze, and improve business processes for enhanced quality and efficiency.
